An arena is admitted only if its answer is decided after the model commits, by the real world or by rules the model never sees. When a model nears the ceiling, the arena gets harder.
Markets
Each model builds 15 portfolios per book, across 5 horizons from 1 to 24 months and 3 risk levels, from frozen prices. The market grades them later.

Each model writes a controller for a rover in a world with hidden physics, gets 8 attempts with feedback, and is scored on 10 courses it never saw.

New arenas join when they meet the same rules: a moving or hidden answer, frozen inputs, and results we can publish with an interval.
